THE PROJECT
A NEW HOME AROUND AN OLD MEMORY.
The site previously held the family’s earlier home.
As the new residence began, much of the old structure was removed, but the memory and footprint of what came before remained part of the project context.
The new home is now taking shape around that history — with the architect’s design translated carefully into site execution.

DESIGN INTENT
BEFORE IT REACHES SITE, THE INTENT IS ALREADY CLEAR.
ARCHITECTURE — STUDIO ACIS
FROM DESIGN INTENT TO SITE REALITY.
ON SITE
THE GEOMETRY STARTS TO APPEAR.
As construction progresses, the roof profiles, stepped masonry and exposed-brick geometry begin to move from design information into physical form.
Execution at this stage is not only about completing masonry. Levels, junctions, structural interfaces and the architectural profile have to remain coordinated as the work advances.
MATERIAL IN PROGRESS
THE MATERIAL IS PART OF THE ARCHITECTURE.
Exposed brick is not being treated as a surface added later. The masonry itself contributes to the character of the building, making alignment, joint consistency and execution detail visible parts of the finished architecture.

THE DESIGN IS SET. THE RESPONSIBILITY IS TO BUILD IT RIGHT.
Studio ACIS leads the architectural design of the residence.
TBC’s role is construction execution — coordinating the information required on site, sequencing the work, resolving construction interfaces and carrying the design intent through the building process.
A project like this depends on the connection between what is designed and what is actually built.
