THE PROJECT
A SMALL PLOT. BIG DREAMS.
This home began with just 3.2 cents of land and a simple requirement — create a complete family residence within a very limited footprint.
At 1,110 sq.ft., every part of the two-bedroom home had to be planned carefully. Rather than treating the compact site as a limitation, the project focused on using the available space efficiently while still giving the family the comfort and identity they expected from their own home.
TBC carried the project from concept to key handover, completing the residence in approximately ten months.

With only approximately 3.2 cents available, the project had to make careful use of the site while accommodating the requirements of a complete two-bedroom family home.
The objective was not to make the house feel like a compromise because of its size. Planning decisions had to make the available footprint work efficiently while maintaining comfortable everyday spaces.

THE JOURNEY
