THE PROJECT
A HOME DRAWN BEFORE IT WAS BUILT.
This project began with more than a brief.
The clients arrived with a very clear idea of the home they wanted to retire to in Kerala. That idea had already been worked through by hand — plans, elevations and individual details carefully drawn on graph paper.
Instead of replacing that vision, the project became about understanding it, refining what was necessary and turning those drawings into a house that could be built properly.
TBC is carrying the 2,600 sq.ft. residence forward as a construction project, keeping the client's original intent at the centre of the process.

THE BEGINNING
THE VISION WAS ALREADY ON PAPER.
Before construction began, the clients had already spent considerable time shaping the home they wanted.
Plans, elevations and individual details were developed by hand on graph paper, giving the project an unusually clear starting point.
TBC's responsibility is not to replace that thinking with another design language, but to understand the intention behind it and translate it into coordinated, practical construction.
PROJECT DELIVERY
RESPECT THE IDEA. MAKE IT BUILDABLE.
The project requires a different kind of involvement from TBC.
Rather than beginning with an architectural concept developed by our team, the work starts with a client-defined vision. Our role is to interpret those drawings, coordinate what is required for execution and carry the project forward on site without losing the character that made the original idea personal.

FROM DRAWING TO BUILT REALITY.
Construction began in November 2024 and the residence is currently ongoing at Muvattupuzha.
As the work progresses, the central objective remains unchanged — translate the family's original drawings into a properly coordinated and buildable home while preserving the intent behind them.
