Sony South Apartments is a compact G+2 residential project in Ernakulam developed on approximately 3 cents of land.
Within a total built-up area of approximately 1,900 sq.ft., the building accommodates an independent 2-BHK residence on each floor.
The project is an exercise in using a very limited urban plot efficiently — organising three residential units vertically while protecting usable floor area and avoiding unnecessary space loss.
TBC's role in the project is consultancy.
