THE PROJECT

This project began with TBC at the concept stage and continues through design, engineering coordination and construction.
The 3,660 sq.ft. G+2 commercial building is being developed as a practical and efficient property where architectural intent, buildability and site execution are considered together from the beginning.
Construction commenced in February 2026 and is currently ongoing, with completion planned within approximately 10 months.
