Saji Thomas Residence is a 2,155 sq.ft. three-bedroom home at Thiruvaniyoor, Ernakulam, developed around a very clear client vision and executed with a strong focus on precision and quality.
TBC is handling the concept, design and construction of the residence, working closely with the client to preserve the original expectations throughout the project. The objective is not to reinterpret the brief unnecessarily, but to translate the family's vision into a buildable home with careful attention to planning, detailing and execution.

BUILT AROUND A CLEAR BRIEF.
This residence began with a client who knew exactly what he wanted.
From the early concept stage, the project was shaped around that vision. TBC's role has been to understand it carefully, translate it into a buildable design and execute it without losing the details that matter to the family.
Across 2,155 sq.ft., the three-bedroom residence is defined less by unnecessary complexity and more by precision — keeping the building faithful to the original expectation from design through construction.
