Rachels Orchard Juice Factory is an industrial construction project at Mulanthuruthy, Ernakulam, developed for Rachels Orchard Pvt. Ltd.
Unlike TBC's concept-to-handover residential projects, this project is construction-led. The design and operational requirements are established by the client and consultants, while TBC is responsible for translating those requirements accurately into the built facility.
The project began in 2025 and continues through 2026.

THE APPROACH
INDUSTRIAL REQUIREMENTS. DISCIPLINED EXECUTION.
Industrial construction places a different emphasis on the work.
The building has to respond to technical requirements, operational layouts, equipment, services and coordinated execution rather than architectural appearance alone.
For Rachels Orchard, TBC's responsibility is to carry the approved requirements into site execution with clear coordination, construction discipline and attention to the details that allow the facility to function as intended.
THE FACILITY
FROM BUILDING TO WORKING FACILITY.
A factory is not complete simply when the structure is enclosed.
Industrial spaces have to accommodate equipment, movement, services, hygienic surfaces, access and the technical requirements associated with the production process.
The role of construction is to bring these individual requirements together within one coordinated facility.
