THE PROJECT
A HOME FINALLY COMPLETED.
When this house was first built, it never fully became the home the family had imagined.
Years later, the renovation became an opportunity to revisit that unfinished dream — not by starting over, but by understanding what was missing and reshaping the existing building around the family's expectations.
TBC replanned, renovated and extended the approximately 2,100 sq.ft. residence, including selective demolition to introduce a new internal staircase and improve the connection between the spaces.
From the new concept through construction and final key handover, the objective remained simple: finish the home the way the family had always wanted it to be.

THE TRANSFORMATION
FINISHING AN UNFINISHED DREAM.
The purpose of the renovation was not simply to give the existing house a newer appearance.
The project reconsidered how the home worked for the family — retaining what could remain, selectively removing what no longer worked and introducing new spaces and connections where they were needed.
A major intervention was the creation of a new internal staircase, requiring selective demolition and replanning of the existing building.
The result was an extension and renovation shaped around completing the home rather than replacing it.
