THE PROJECT
SIMPLE SPACES. DELIVERED FAST.
This 1,200 sq.ft. three-bedroom apartment was developed around a straightforward brief — create a home that feels clean, comfortable and uncluttered without unnecessary decorative elements.
The design uses a restrained contemporary language, keeping the spaces visually light while integrating the storage and functional requirements of everyday living.
TBC handled the project from interior design through complete execution, delivering the finished apartment within 26 days from commencement in November 2025.

PROJECT DELIVERY
26 DAYS. FROM DESIGN TO FINISH.
The project moved from the approved interior direction into coordinated execution within a compact programme.
Design decisions, joinery, finishes, furnishings and site work had to move as one connected process rather than as separate stages.
TBC handled both design and execution, allowing decisions to move directly into site coordination and helping the apartment reach completion within 26 days.
DESIGN APPROACH
LESS DECORATION. MORE CLARITY.
The apartment follows a simple contemporary language built around warm timber, light surfaces, restrained colour and practical built-in elements.
Rather than filling the rooms with decorative features, the design relies on proportion, storage integration, material continuity and clear relationships between the living and dining spaces.
HANDOVER

The project concluded with the completed apartment being handed over after the interior design and execution journey.
