DC Books Warehouse is an approximately 10,000 sq.ft. industrial project in Kottayam, organised as three functional warehouse units.
The project was developed around practical industrial requirements — usable storage area, clear movement between buildings and an efficient relationship between the warehouse blocks and the surrounding circulation spaces.
TBC's role in the project is consultancy.
