TBC carried out the transformation with targeted demolition and rebuild, limited strictly to the affected zones, ensuring the rest of the house remained untouched. This involved complete electrical rerouting, bathroom re-alignment, and the construction of a fabricated car porch in the correct location. The interiors were meticulously restored to their original look and feel, ensuring the transition was seamless — no visual trace of the renovation was left behind.
