Navhom is a story of renewal — a tale of letting go of the old to embrace the new, without losing the warmth of the past. On a tight 3.5-cent plot in Thrippunithura, an aging structure stood where a family once lived their earliest memories. But time had worn it down, and they dreamed of a better version of home — modern, functional, and filled with light.
That’s when TBC stepped in — not just to build, but to guide, preserve emotions, and deliver a fresh start. After safely demolishing the old structure, we crafted a compact 1250 sq.ft. home from the ground up — one that felt familiar, yet refreshingly new.
