Avardhana is not just a renovation — it’s the revival of a home that never truly became one. Situated in Vandipetta, Ernakulam, this residence was only 10 years old, yet left the family feeling disconnected. Built without foresight, the house had limited functionality, poor space planning, and lacked the emotional warmth a home deserves.
The ground floor had three bedrooms, but only two were attached, and circulation was cluttered. The family dreamt of a complete, flowing home — one that could grow with them. That’s when they turned to TBC for a transformative solution.

Thoughtful Alterations, Purposeful Additions.
Our team at TBC began by removing the inefficient third bedroom on the ground floor. This allowed us to optimize the layout and introduce a custom C-shaped staircase, carefully inserted by cutting and reshaping the existing slab — a critical move for enabling smooth vertical circulation.
This new flow led to a newly constructed first floor, which added essential space and balance to the home: two bedrooms, both with attached bathrooms, a spacious family lounge, and a private balcony — completing the family's long-awaited dream.
The result is a structure that now breathes, connects, and lives with the family — inside and out.
